Steps to reproduce (least amount of steps as possible):

Result:

Other details that may be helpful: EmberUI vs Explorer credentials_ember credentials_explorer

Environment information

thehejik commented 3 years ago

It is kind of a variation of https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/issues/3011 (closed).

The credentials created in Ember are visible in Explorer under Cluster Management/RKE1 Configuration/Cluster Credentials.

But still I'd expect the credentials created under Explorer will be somehow visible in Ember but they are not. I understand it is different API but it might be confusing.

@sowmyav27 please decide whether close or not.

~Ember UI is designed only for provisioning RKE(1) clusters and doesn't support RKE2 clusters, hence support for displaying RKE2 credentials in Ember doesn't make sense. Closing.~ On the other hand we are able to see RKE2 clusters in Ember so maybe being able to look at RKE2 credentials would make a little sense in the end. Reopening
