Rancher Server Setup

Rancher version: 2.8.3
Installation option (Docker install/Helm Chart):

Information about the Cluster

Kubernetes version: v1.28.8+k3s1
Cluster Type (Local/Downstream):

@idc77 thank you for reporting this and bringing this to our attention.

Upon looking into this issue, I'm not able to reproduce this when following the Rancher Installation Docs . It is possible the issue you are seeing is due to a misconfiguration while setting up your Rancher server.

If you could, please try to spin up a Rancher server once more, following the steps outlined in the docs I've linked above, and if you are still encountering this issue, comment in detail, the steps you've taken which lead you to hit the issue, and I'd be happy to look further into this then with more context 🙂
