Rio v0.6.0-alpha.1 High CPU load in cluster #611

Describe the bug High CPU usage in a new cluster on version v0.6.0-alpha.1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Linode node.
  2. Install k3s v0.10.0
  3. Install rio v0.6.0-alpha.1

CPU usage in the cluster is way too high for a cluster only hosting rio components.

First CPU spike was during installation, I left the cluster overnight and CPU load was above 50% all the time.

Expected behavior

CPU to be on reasonable levels.

Kubernetes version & type (GKE, on-prem): kubectl version

Type: Rio version: rio info
