This PR:

Adds a warning: Automated upgrades are currently not supported on Windows nodes
Adds a related matchExpression to the example: - {key: beta.kubernetes.io/os, operator: In, values: ["linux"]}
Bumps example rke2 version to make it more up to date v1.30.1-rke2r1
