With https://github.com/rancher/rke2-docs/commit/883e153118adf4c23e40820be10ca32523f250a1, we updated the release notes script to handle the new chart versions tables. But this commit never ran on v1.25, so when v1.25.16+rke2r1 was released it added incorrect table columns.
Also adds v1.25.16+rke2r2, which was an out of band release that came many months after EOL for 1.25
