Mention in docs RKE2 (at present) is not an upgrade path from RKE #488

We have a request from the field to make it very clear on the main docs landing page that RKE2 is not something to upgrade to from RKE. This may change in the future as we do plan to eventually support migration - but for the time being this should be called out to reduce any confusion.
