[RFE] Support for elemental api #1327

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to be able to create elemental resources like MachineInventorySelectorTemplate, MachineRegistration etc. with tf https://elemental.docs.rancher.com/quickstart-cli#prepare-your-kubernetes-resources
