Fix global_role inherited_cluster_roles field's documentation #1349

Issue:

Problem

The description of the field was erroneously added to the docs/resources/role_template.md in #1242.

Solution

Move the description of the field from docs/resources/role_template.md to docs/resources/global_role.md where it belongs.
