Add ability to configure shibboleth authentication #341

Rancher 2.4 introduced Shibboleth as an authentication source - please add the ability to set this up via terraform.

Just checking in on this - is shibboleth configuration on a roadmap somewhere?

Just checking in again. I see this was labeled for triage back in February; is it going to be on a roadmap at some point?
