Unable to use dataplane v2 with GKE #704

Attribute datapath_provider is unavailable for GKE rancher2 deployments.

This feature is not yet available at Rancher2 and it can't be added here until it is. The RFE issue should be opened at https://github.com/rancher/rancher repo.
