Description

Add tutorial on how to create AWS clusters with RKE2 provider.

Fixes #117

Thanks for reporting this @alexander-demicev. I tried clusterctl generate without CABPR_CP_REPLICAS and with all the other environment variables and the resulting yaml seems to have been generated successfully. What other flags should we remove? I'm planning on taking this example and moving it to the rancher-turtles-fleet-examples repository where all the docs sample templates are taken from.
