Fixes for proxy and SSL

• Applies TCP proxy for non SSL (for use of kubectl over port 80)
• Certificate renewed with DNS alt names + ca cert for rancher/agent to register
• Replaced busybox wget with curl like the other calls, busybox's wget fails on TCP proxy setup

Tested with sslenabled: 'true' && sslenabled: 'false' on kubernetes and cattle.
