Fixes for Rancher 2.0 #46

Configure Server & master to pull rancher/rancher , not rancher/server.

I added a series of fixes to get this working with Rancher 2.0. It works at least to the point that both worker nodes are working:

and that I can deploy two workloads to it:

I messed up this PR. Closing it and trying again with a cleaner PR.
