verify supported versions and latest release of carbide

There is a bit of confusion with the latest release of Carbide and components of Carbide. In this repository, there is two releases, the latest release of 0.1.0 and the pre-release of 0.1.1, but in the SUPPORTED_VERSIONS.md, only version 0.1.1 is listed and thus the only one supported.

In the carbide-images.txt, in each release, there are mismatched images. For example, for carbide version 0.1.1, there are images from 0.1.0, 0.1.1, and 0.1.2:
