rename voltagesensor to better represent the hardware #420

Rename VOLTAGESENSORTYPE to OPTOCOUPLERTYPE to be more clear about the used hardware an function. Also removed PINMODEVOLTAGESENSOR and setting PINMODE based on OPTOCOUPLERTYPE. I´m seeing this to be a preparation for future implementation of another brew detection with a reed sensor.
