Still a work in progress but this is the first draft of a hardware abstraction layer. Thoughts, comments, criticism... :)

OK, should be ready for primetime now.

A few notes:

To test the new LED handling I also implemented the BREWLED feature which is useful when the brew switch is modded to work as a momentary switch.
Debounce and long press for physical switches are now handled in the IOSwitch class.
The trigger type can now be configured for every relay individually
Dallas temp sensors are untested because I didn't have an unused spare
