Add a hint, that mapSettings are depreciated

Many users are using Valetudo RE and in pre Valetudo Mapper there was a „mapSettings“ which doesn’t exists anymore and was replaced by „publishMapData“.

Maybe replace this automatically so users don’t have to delete the file, let Valetudo RE create it and add your zones, spots, mqtt settings and so on afterwards.

You don't have to delete any files. You can manually edit'em, remove old lines and put new ones there if you need. What's the issue?
