Command summary is at the bottom of the UG. #16

I think it might be better to shift the command summary box to the top of the features section as users might not scroll all the way to the bottom of the UG and might miss out on this helpful summary.

Thank you for your perspective. We have placed the summary box together with other quick-reference sections at the bottom of the UG - this scheme is commonly preferred by other users as they can easily hotkey/scroll to the bottom to view these resources.
