ESP32 Support #1

hello, will this work on the esp32 instead of a esp8266?

There is a port of Tasmota to ESP32, but it doesn't have any of my changes in it. It's likely all of my changes would work there if you wanted to try to integrate them, but it won't work right out of the box.
