Android 2.1 iscroll not working (swipe usually only works on first swipe #61

Works fine for iphone and android2.2.  On Android2.1 the swipe seems to be lost 
after the first swipe.  The buttons work initially and then fail to function.  
Moving the page slightly up or down sometimes allows the button clicks to start 
functioning again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iScroll v4.1.4 
HTC Aria Android 2.1

Similar issue. Can't show the page as the website is still under wraps, but a 
horizontal menu bar only accepts the first sideways swipe (no vertical swiping 
allowed).
Phone: ZTE Blade (Orange San Francisco)
Android 2.1
iScroll Lite based on iScroll v4.1.6
