[BUG] Developer documentation broken

Describe the bug When you visit https://developer-docs.speederboard.org/, there is no documentation, just a blank page.

• OS: NixOS unstable, Linux 6.6.48
• Browser: Firefox 130.0

i ended up letting the domain lapse because i kind of lost interest in it. I should point it at the github.io page though.
