Unable to create holograms due to permission issues #17

So I set the permissions said in this permission list, and I'm using the holograms plugin that came from the multicraft panel. It tells me whether my group has the permission set or not that I don't have access. I am also using nucleus, which is usually the case when this stuff happens but I couldn't find anything about nucleus and holograms. Is there a way to fix this or am I using a different "Holograms" plugin? This is not the one from Bukkit of course, and I've checked multiple times if the permission was set. Also if no one knows how to fix this, would you mind providing a format/example of how the input.txt has it?

If your permission plugin has a verbose or debug mode, activate it and see what it says when executing the command.

I use LuckyPerms so I don't know if it does have a debug. It seems like it does from reading it, but not debug by command. I'm also using Nucleus if that helps

/lp verbose on

So I guess it saying undefined means that the command hasn't been set to any of the ranks that it says, but it only says that for the user, and I used the permissions from here.

EDIT: It also says its undefined for me as a user if that is helpful

Then it is somehow not set, troubleshooting should continue on the forum topic of LP, the discord server(if there is one) or the GitHub of LP. They probably know better what to do.

If You run Verbose it will say True or False for the perm. If it says Undefined, you don't have the proper perm set up for that command
