The default_colored_2014 icon pack shipped with the client contains unused icons. Furthermore, some icons are missing even though they are referenced.

Since our icon pack is merely a re-colored fork from default_colored_2014, we inherited those bugs.
Fun thing is that this was reason enough for TeamSpeak Systems to reject the icon pack, even though those bugs are actually upstream bugs.
