Does the problem persist even when running vision as root?
Try "sudo ./bin/vision" - Does the problem persist?

Are you running both cameras on the same bus? You say that you have two ports,
but do you have two full host controllers/buses? Otherwise you will most likely
not have enough bandwidth to run both cameras in parallel, unless you
significantly reduce resolution/framerate.
Did you try disconnecting one camera completely, and only running a single one?
Also, what are your resolution / capture mode / framerate settings?
Finally, it could also be that your bus froze up. Try hitting the "reset bus"
button, then close and restart SSL-Vision.

Since this issue has not seen any more activity, I assume the issue was as
Stefan suggested.
