Canvas Color #15

Include menu option for changing the color of the canvas.

Oh right, this. This is easy, but I'm thinking it should maybe be done as a command inside the drawing format so it persists and you can have individual pages be different colors if you want. So, it'll require a bit of planning on my part and may be wrapped up in another feature I wanted to add (saving certain other properties into the drawing, like whether it's an animation or not, etc)
