Textbox too small in chat, move avatars to side of message #113

in order to facilitate larger avatars, move avatar outside the user area into a left/right pane kind of thing for messages. Also, the text in the textbox is too small for some reason, fix that

this is the new "fancy mode" which might just become the default mode when chatfancy.js and css is loaded
