introduce new docks where vanilla tried to cheap out with only one dock #239

notable ones include grave grotto and plasma beam chamber. maybe more.

This is necessary to do for entrance rando, and also fixes a bug when water turbines dont destroy themselves automatically when you go through them (you can still destroy the manually tho)
