Fixed black bars not showing up in Elite Research bottom platform activation cutscene
Fixed black bars in Chozo Ice Temple statue cutscenes sometimes disappearing prematurely
Fixed screen fade ins from Arrival cutscenes in Transport to Chozo Ruins East and Transport to Tallon Overworld South not showing up when skipped
