Main Plaza Vault ledge door behaves differently from other blue doors #92

Normally, a blue door cannot be opened by missiles or wavebuster. But the main plaza vault ledge door (when reverse vault is on) is able to get opened by both.

the vanilla game isn't even consistent with what opens blue so I don't care to fix
