Configure SendCode with TerminalView #109

Hi, thanks for this great package!

This is probably very obvious but I can't figure out how to configure settings to set up sendcode with terminalview. Many thanks!

Run SendCode: Choose Programm and select TerminalView. By the way, you could also consider Terminus.
