Can't install Terminus because the 'pyte' dependency is missing from Package Control #289

OS: Windows 10 LTSC 2019 x64 [1809] Latest Sublime Text 4107 / Package Control v 3.4.1

Relevant lines from logs (Debug turned on):

  Package Control Version: 3.4.1
Package Control: The dependency 'pyte' is not currently installed; installing...

Install via Package Control fails every time because of this.

I have tried purging and reinstalling Package Control; I tried installing the pyte Package Control repo (https://github.com/packagecontrol/pyte) and installing that via Package Control, and it still fails every time. Pretty much the only thing I haven't done that I can think of is reinstall Sublime Text (and I really don't want to do that; it was just reinstalled with my Windows 10 install a couple months ago).

I was able to get Terminus installed by manually pulling down the release zip, and repackaging it as a sublime-package, but yeah, this definitely shouldn't be neccesary.

It seems due to an outage of Package Control.
