Set Caret Shape to Block #315

Hi Perfect app :+1:

I would like to change caret of the terminal to block (Obviously don't want to change sublime's cursor settings, but only the terminal's caret). Is the caret shape totally inherited from sublime's one, or there is way to modify it separately?
