Cursor is mis-positioned with unicode characters #319

I'm using terminus 0.3.22 with sublime text 4113 on windows 10.

It seemed to work properly with ascii characters. However in Cmder terminal the cursor seemed to jump around when I typed in. I think the "λ" character is the cause.

To make sure that the problem is not caused by cmder, I also tried cmd.exe. With some Chinese characters, similar problem appeared again both in cmder and cmd.

I am quite sure that it is a windows specific issue. Unfornately, I don't have a windows machine to test it at the moment.
