Can't find radian.exe #280

After installing radian this message pops up : Requirement already up-to-date: radian in c:\programdata\anaconda3\lib\site-packages (0.5.10) but the directory does not have the .exe file anywhere

You will need to activate the condo env or call radian by its full path.
