radian starting failed on windows 11 #302

I just upgraded to win11, then radian starting failed in vscode:

I tried $Env:R_HOME = "C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-41~1.0" in powershell, then radian can start in powershell, but in vscode it still fails

By reinstalling R base this error message disappeared, however, I got another warning when I try to use radian in vscode: radian in powershell works properly

I guess it may be an issue of the vscode R extension? Not 100% sure though.

Looks like the temp dir is not writable?

I did nothing but re-created a radian console, it now works. I have no idea why, it seems to be a random issue
