1. input doc/docx/rtf, pdf
2. convert doc to html
3. view html, scroll
4. select drag text to fields
5. on save,
6. convert to a json obj,
7. save html
8. plus another file without html tags, use field for searching
9. toggle status flag to 'edit'

on editing:

• read HTML object, display on editor
• read json file, place in right field with click button to edit field, a new field appears, you can't overwrite previous entry

• but you cant edit the json fields. you have to drag from the html file
• click on edit field, another field appears to prevent user from writing on the field

• 1 - author
• 2 - editor
• 3- contributor
• 9 - admin

can a editor also 'author'? can a contributor also edit? can an admin also edit?

can two people edit same file? workflow?
