Deprecation warning for #has_rdoc (Rubygems) #585

It looks that has_rdoc (gemspec) has been deprecated since RubyGems 1.7.0. Now it shows a deprecations notice:

NOTE: Gem::Specification#has_rdoc= is deprecated with no replacement. It will be removed on or after 2018-12-01.
Gem::Specification#has_rdoc= called from ...bundler/gems/axlsx-73d9477fc337/axlsx.gemspec:12.

Using:

This would be a very simple change. Please let me know if you want a pull request.

@randym 2018-12-01 is in 2 days. Is it possible to merge https://github.com/randym/axlsx/pull/593 and release a new gem version?
