[FR] Add menu option to set VirtualDevices=1 #140

Let user set this if they want to turn off true drive emulation and get disk loading speed increase (potentially at the cost of compatibility with some games).

Hi Randy. Thanks for BmC64. I am some problems with my Keyrah V2, example C= + F1 ... have you the last VKM file for all emulator ? Thanks again
