FR: Expose detach catridge function to hotkeys #214

I would like to quickly flush a changed Easyflash (that contains saved games) back. Similarly to the flush disc function this requires detaching, but unlike with disks you can't really do that while something is running and then reinsert. So the easiest way to do that without navigating through the menus would be to expose the detach catridge function to hotkeys so users that want this functionality can put it on CTRL-Fkey or something like that. Just a quality of life thing. Thank you for your consideration.
