[FR] Create empty floppy images

it would be nice to be able to create empty floppy images for the follow formats d64 / d71 / d81

this would allow to have an empty floppy immediately without formatting a d64 image thank you

Sure, I can include it in the next release. I was kind of lower priority so it got neglected.
