[Enhancement] Unicode tags #395

I thought it would be nice to be able to extend the tag_toggle tag=%any command to accept unicode tags. It would introduce many more tag options and could give greater meaning to the tag with a specific symbol. What do others think?

Adding kanji or images as tags would be really nice. So don't forget about widechar if implementing:)
