Update challenge description #103

This pull request adds minor updates to the challenge definition.

At this stage the challenge is live at:

Great to see the challenge has gone live. One small further tweak is that the Evaluation text needs to be pulled in from https://github.com/rangl-labs/netzerotc/blob/09251c91d08ec4b0866d4606a8b18f9dd44c0e86/evaluation/content/evaluation.html

This text adds the qualitative evaluation criteria.

Yes I see now it will, thanks. Have checked over https://github.com/rangl-labs/netzerotc/tree/8b800cfdf4f29588b74546f4c3aef3b6b0ac9084/evaluation/content and all looks good, merging!
