[doc] Update Augury install instructions to remove previously install extension #1409

Update install instructions in the repos README to inform the user to first remove the version of the extension that was installed from the browser's marketplace for add-on and extensions before adding the local version of the extension which will be used in development.

-- please install the Augury Canary Build Chrome extension, as this will be used to test any new features or bug fixes.
