Under certain conditions, the "Airspeed exceeds Maximum Operating Speed! Reduce the speed!" warning will be triggered when the aircraft isn't moving at all. This message will stay onscreen indefinitely until the aircraft is autostarted again.
To reproduce, autostart the aircraft. Taxi down the runway some distance. With the aircraft still running, reset the simulation with File > Reset.
