As the leader of an advocacy organization

I want to be able to easily read and digest the data

So that I can draw useful conclusions

Definitions of done:

[x] reader can easily read and understand the data and figures
[x] reader can clearly identified policies to advocate for

Tasks:

[x] make second chart more readable on Climate Stimulus page (make it full page, fix percentages, add guidance on click to sort)
[x] update color palette to be consistent across pages
[x] proof read Policy Implications page
