As a WPJ reader

I want an upfront snapshot of what is included in the website

So that I can easily navigate the website.

Definitions of done:

[x] show to potential users, they know from first page what is included in the website

Tasks:

[x] edit text on home page to include brief summary of tabs
[x] add flashing word on home page (inclusive/sexist/racist...)
