Requested "Toggle Light" vs "Hold On" setting and other suggested improvements

Thanks for creating this ad-free app. I like the intention, but I believe there are a number of things that could improve the functionality, UI and the open source project. The main one is the toggle/hold setting, everything else would just be nice to have in my opinion.

Functionality

• What would really set this app apart would be to have a setting to switch the behaviour from the current "toggle light" (where a press of the button turns the light on, then a second press turns it off) to "hold for light" (where the light would be on whilst the button is being held and turns off once it is released). This addresses the issue raised by the 1-star review stating "You can't manually tap morse code".
• The options for "Transmission speed" seem to be badly scaled: Anything slower than 0.33 looks too slow, and (I'm no expert in morse) 0.05 seems too fast.
• SOS is actually a single unbroken signal: see wikipedia.
• The decoder seems to struggle with decoding a signal such as "S O S", and mistakes the "O" for "TTT"; not sure how this could be improved.

UI

• User Details serves no purpose and should probably be removed.
• The various help pages (purpose, morse info, learn decoding and help) could be combined into one menu item, perhaps along with Share, Rate and Contact.
• If the toggle/hold functionality is implemented, this option could be added to a "Settings" menu item along with the transmission speed.

Project

• There should be a link in the app store page to this repository.
• Consider making a github.io page for this project.
• This repository needs a README.txt, a LICENCE.txt and CONTRIBUTING.txt, and optionally a CHANGES.txt. The readme should have a link to the store page.

Nice update - I don't think all of the points have been fully addressed.

• The toggle switch is a great improvement, good job! However, there seems to be a bug where if I tap the "tap & hold the icon to transmit manually" then it flashes twice instead of once (Huawei ANE LX1)
• The really fast messages has been addressed, but perhaps it's gone a bit the other way, and all the settings could go up a bit? Now slow seems too slow. Still, much more friendly range than before.
• I still can't get it to recognise my tapped SOS, but that could be my signalling.

The UI looks great, and even with the above issues, it's still a really good update.
