Adding support for CV-PT #53

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not related to any issue.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have support for CV-PT (Source country - Cape Verde, Destination country - Portugal). VFS Link

Describe alternatives you've considered I did clone the repo to try adding the support myself, but ended up stuck as this project is beyond my current programming skills. I'm open to be helped or be guided along.

Additional context Currently, the bot only shows the Unsupported Country Message

Found my way. Turns out I was sleepy at the time.
