Add telegram notification support

Thanks for making this!

I thought of adding another client. :) Emails can sometimes go to spam and be somewhat unreliable. So, instead added Telegram which is my choice of notification. Creating a bot on telegram is just few seconds of work anyway.

• Added telegram bot support
• Basic refactoring : pulled out vfs login url, spaces
• Updated contributors
