CODE DESIGN: refactor wizards: lot's of code should be moved from wizard to objects #32

In the current code, wizard tend to do everything. But this is bad because
wizard are hardly OOP. To be more OOP we should move most of wizard code
back to the OpenERP object overriders and just call those methods from the
wizards.
